Making an Appointment

On this page you can find out how to make appointments for doctors, nurses, chiropodists and the midwife and counsellor.

Doctors

Morning and evening surgeries are by appointment only and are usually booked for 10 minutes each.

If you feel you may need longer than 10 minutes, please speak to the receptionist.

When you phone for an appointment it is important that you tell us if you believe that you need to be seen urgently.

The doctors' surgery times are as follows.

Nurses

The nurses have appointments mornings and evenings but as the times can vary so please phone the receptionist. Tell the receptionist what you need to see the nurse for, because different procedures require different lengths of appointments.

Counsellor

Please talk to any member of staff for a referral to the counsellor.

Midwife

Phone the midwife on her mobile number to make a booking appointment if you have not seen her before, otherwise phone reception at the surgery for an antenatal clinic appointment on a Wednesday afternoon.
