People
who have atrial fibrillation, an abnormality of heart rhythm, are at
greater risk of strokes. The risk can be reduced by the use of warfarin or
aspirin. This graph plots our success with this treatment over the last
four years.
There are only eight people under 65 with atrial fibrillation (AF), two of them are not on aspirin or warfarin according to the computer records. It is possible that they no longer have AF but the records need updating. This needs investigation. |
