Shelley
Scott-Horne is our practice manager. She is responsible for
organizing everyone else and making sure the practice runs smoothly. She
particularly enjoys setting up new services and works hard to improve the
surgery.
Her qualifications are, Postgraduate Certificate in Management (Health and Social Services), Amspar Diploma in Practice Management, and many others. |

 Ceri
Duval is our book keeper with the added responsibility of
making sure we achieve our quality points. She has trained in
clinical audit and she also spends
some time on the reception desk. |

 Martina
summarises notes, scans letters onto our computer system and codes new
diagnoses onto the system. |
|||
 Marlene
is our typist and secretary, she types our referral letters and scans
incoming letters onto the computer. |
