1. Paracetamol tablets and children's syrup, useful for pain and fever

2. Ibuprofen tablets and children's syrup, also can be used together with a Paracetamol for pain and fever

3. Calamine lotion for itchy rashes

4. Anti-histamine tablets, cream and children's syrup useful for insect bites, itchy rashes and allergies

5. Oral rehydration powders for prevention of dehydration during diarrhoea, Dioralyte and Rehidrat are two popular brands

6. Decongestant for adding to hot water, for blocked sinuses etc, e.g. "Vick."

7. Indigestion remedy

8. Plasters, a big box of assorted sizes

9. Bandages, crepe are good for supporting a sprain or stopping bleeding

10. Sterile gauze pads for covering a large wound

11. Cotton wool 

12. Antiseptic solution

13. Some assorted sterile dressings

14. Safety pins

15. Thermometer

16. Tweezers

17. Scissors
