How to Register as a New PatientJust come along to the surgery during opening hours to fill in
the necessary forms. Check on the map of
our practice to see if you are in our area. If possible, it's best to register before you need to see a doctor, because it is helpful to have the records from your previous GP. It can take as long as two months for the notes to be transferred. We encourage every new patient to come for a special registration check up with the nurse. Do take this opportunity for a free "MOT". If you have medical problems for which you have been receiving treatment from your own GP, please make an appointment for the doctor as soon as you can. If you are on regular medication please bring it with you so that repeat prescriptions can be organised. |
