If you can't sleep well at night it may be a symptom of other problems in your life. You may need help dealing with these and it helps to talk to a friend, or a counsellor or other health professional. However, here are a few practical ways in which you can help yourself sleep better.
If the problem persists then come and see us as it may be a symptom of depression or some other emotional disturbance, and there may be other forms of help that you need. |
