STOCK CARES

Stock Cares provides transport to medical appointments or can pick up and deliver prescriptions for Stock residents, who do not have family or friends to assist them at the appropriate date and time.

We are run entitley by volunteers and there is no charge for this service. We do ask for a realistic donation to cover our driver's costs.

For assistance please contact one of our co-ordinators (Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 17.00) to book a driver.

We would appreciate as much notice as possible to organise transport and would ask you to telephone only between 9.00 & 17.00, Monday to Friday, however your appointment time is not limited to these times.

We schedule drivers on a rota basis , therefore please do NOT contact a driver directly, please only book via a co-ordinator.

We are always looking for more co-ordinators and drivers, if you do not need assistance yourself but can help your community by joining us, please contact Rick Deacon on  01277 840788, it's a much needed service and we are grateful to anyone that can offer their time to help.
